Slay Skawlra within Skawlra Rock until Shreek the Cruel appears. Once he shows himself, find him and slay him. Then, after Shreek is defeated, take Tipa's anklet to Leddo, a gnome at Camp Skawlra.

Description

Upon examining the anklet, you notice words scrawled into its surface. Apparently, this anklet belonged to a gnome named Tipa, who was caught by the Skalwra and held captive. She was able to write her final thoughts onto the leather, including a few sentiments of love for someone named Leddo. Through her all her scribbling, one sentence sticks in your mind. "There is one Skawlra who is more cruel than the rest: Shreek the Cruel. Please, find this creature and destroy him, lest others share my fate." SPOILER: This quest is started by examining Tipa's Anklet. This item drops on Skawlra Afflicters in Skawlra Rock. Once you have the quest you must slay Shreek the Cruel and then visit Leddo Savobar on Skawlra Rock.
