Effect
This ability causes you to become an impenetrable barrier blocking your targets movement for a shot time. During this time, you become the focus of your enemy's attacks and neither you nor our enemy will be able to move.
Notes
Probably on the client's General tab rather than missing from the build. The Dread Knight's Master of Fear and Dreadful Countenance were absent from its Adventuring roster for that reason, and this is the same shape of ability. The Warrior's General tab has not been captured, so this is inference rather than record.
