Grim Determination, read from this same client, changes what it does “depending on your combat form” and names both the defensive and the offensive form. So the build carries combat forms even though the spellbook does not list them, which is what the reasoning above predicted.
Probably on the client's General tab rather than missing from the build. The Dread Knight's Master of Fear and Dreadful Countenance were absent from its Adventuring roster for that reason, and this is the same shape of ability. The Warrior's General tab has not been captured, so this is inference rather than record.
