This was wrongly set aside as missing from the VGO Emulator build. It is a learned ability, and a learned ability does not appear in the class spellbook until it has been learned — so a sweep of the spellbook cannot show that the build lacks it, only that this character has not got it yet. Rest of the Dead I settled the point: it was marked absent on that reasoning, and a player then finished The Art Of Death and read it off the client.
