Where should I be putting my stat pts?Dex - Max
Str - Max
Then where?
Con - Seems almost worthless
Int - Weakness detection? Can we do this?
Vit - Does it effect endurance regen?

I go for vit as I am an orc and have high con allready. I chose to do it like this due to the regen and being able to heal more, int seems pretty worthless for us.Covfam
Vitality helps both your end and power regeen as well as your health regen. it also increases your run speed slightlyon my Wood Elf she gets a free +2 dex +2 vitality. so i put +4 str, +2 dex +2vitality +2 con. (i know con needs some work) currently the con gives only a small hp and resist boost. im hoping its changed from 1 hp for every con to 3 hp per con for offensivefighters & healer, 5 health per con on tanks and 1 health per con on casters.

vitality does not effect endurance regeneration....con is level based, each level your con contributes more, with it being 4 or 5 hp per con at level 50...
Vitality it awesome for soloing and leveling.

It really depends on what you want your playstyle to be...Str is going to give you consistent dps by making you hit harder...but Dex is going to give you more crits to do your finishers....Personally I went Halfling for the Dex..Because I want to crit like a madman.A Third stat huh? Well again personally I go Vit because it helps with regen, but Con and maybe even Int/Wis are very fine choices as well, again based on your personal choices. The Con will give you more hit points and add to your resists while Int/Wis will add to you detection, counters, energy pool..., but the Int/Wis would be mainly used for if you wanted to be more of a scout. I would reccomend Vit or Con as your 3rd attribute... also on this topic

It should also be noted that if you are looking at the Int/Wis as your third stat, definately go Wis, even though it doesn't say it in the above link, in the in-game tooltip for Wis, it claims that it also helps with Detecting opponents and what they are doing in combat, which is what I assume you would want to get out of Int/Wis anyway. On top of that Wis increases your energy pool, and you don't need the spell damage and things Int does that Wis doesn't anyway.
Currently at lvl 23, my Con is adding 1.73ish hp per point, that is more than the above report of 1 hp per con, but if it does increase with level, this is probably correct anyway.
Hope this helps...

Right...but as I said, thats how you want to play your char....I am going a diff route with mine....but that is the great thing about this game
Edit: I realized I didn't put what I am doing exactly with my char. My goal for my char is to be a monster, mainly in PvP, but PvE as well. As such I am maxxing Dex and Str each level, since I am a halfling that means that I am getting +8 Dex a level, and + 5 Str a level. Currently level 24, I with my other 2 points I have been putting them into Vit until recently when I felt my regen was sufficient and I switched them into Con. The reasoning behind this is that end game, in one on one pvp matches, they won't last long enough for me to be to concerned with healing, and the more damage I do, the faster they go down. And in groups, whether pvp or pve, if the team is relying on my ability to heal to survive, besides maybe in very sparatic spot healing...well, it isn't a great group anyway

Now I am not aware whether Str gives minimal returns or not as there is no information either on the tooltip or on TTH about how much extra damage you get per point of Str, it is listed as the only attribute having to do with Damage(non-spell) though. But what I do know is that end game, based on same gear, I will have 80-120 more points in Str than you do (depending if you allocate your 2 extra points to Str each time), and even if each point adds a minimal amount, with 120 more, it will be a noticable difference.
But as I said, you have your reasons for your point allocation, and I have mine, which is the one of the many great things about the game.
