Greetings all..I have water of life 1 and understand how that works..
But, I see to train up with water of life 2 I need runed vials. I can not seem to buy them from vendors or via players on the broker.
That leaves me to think I have to pickpocket them from mobs. If so, I have not had much luck. I am thinking that I am too low (only 12th) and perhaps it is a higher pickpocket item.
Also the other items I have picked so far include lint, some booze and a few cracked gems. I can see no use for these, but have hung onto them.
What/where/who do I do or see to get these items into use.

from what ive heard in game the runed vials are pick pocket items. I've held onto all my lint but the other stuff i pick pocket i just sell. i have gotten some crafter powders a few time pick pocketing but mostly lint. i think we need to pick pocket high level mobs, probably way higher than use to get the good stuff.Mayl
I have tried both Khal and Race TRack nearby and same things..Basically the lint has to be for something. Lining or such
Fustrated as water of life is horrible damage.. hoping life2 is better, by I guess I need higher pp skill (maxed now) to get runed vials

You can skill all the way up just using Water of Life 1...Or at least to 260
but assuming if your level 50 you can get 500 skill. It only took me about a hour or so to go from 10 to 260.

Use water of life I to train all the way up to your max skill - The advanced waters from what I can tell need pickpocketed items and just give you more charges.Talren
once you get this water of life thing how exactly does it work...
i didn't notice any extra skill in the list or anything.
