What does it mean when your prestige faction bar turns pink?I dont mean the yellow faction bars but the blue ones on the top of the list in character sheet.

Was kinda wondering about diplomatic prestige as well.Hope you don't mind me expanding the question, what benefits the diplomatic prestige faction gives me, and is there any point to get it to 100%?

No I dont mind as I dont know those things as well LOLI also dont understand what the benefit, or difference is where I am social as apposed to to neutral. I mean in how that benefits me.

When your prestige reaches 50%, it changes color. At 50% or higher you are able to do writs within that city. I think it changes color again at 80%, though I'm not sure what the significance of that color change might be.At 100%, you can trade in your prestige for a title in that city, usually from one of the leaders of the city. For example, in Martok, you can speak to Governor Jalixfin to get the title Speaker of Martok. Once you have all 3 titles on a given continent, you can go to the prestige altar on that continent and receive another title (ie. Speaker for the Kojani Races) along with a small amount of dip XP (2 skill points).
At this time, there is no other content that requires these titles, but I imagine that will change in the future.
The only other use for prestige right now is for a quest in New Targonor. You spend 500 NT prestige to obtain a map, but the quest isn't completable right now as it requires 2100 outsider presence
As more content is added I would expect to see prestige used in more ways.

Just thought I would add my new findings on the subject as it is fairly signifigant.So after my bar had changed to pink I hurried off to help a friend with a quest and had gone on to my crafting, and well, not done diplomacy for a few days. Today when I stopped off in Tursh I decided to do some diplomacy again.... I had THREE new card slots!! So anyways, I am asumming that may be one main benefit of prestige increase.
Oh and thank you Absalon that helps although I still dont know what a writ is as I am just 90 diplomacy.

The 3 new card slots is not to do with prestige, I think it was in the last patch notes, I think that everyone gets them, and you get one extra slot per every 50 levels of diplo you get over 100Stormhawk
Hi....I am currently a Deacon and Speaker for Ca'ial Brael in Diplomacy. I currently have 1000 Diplomacy Prestige with Ca'ial Brael but can't find anyone to talk to in order to get a new title. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Oh and one last thing......Is an Envoy a higher rank than Deacon?Thanks for the info
