The other thread is 20 pages long with only like 3 constructive posts, so I will post it here.Quest starts just NE of martok from the witch doctor there, who tells you to talk to some people and it will eventually land you in Qalia. Once there you have to kill 35 shadow hounds. After the shadow hounds, you gotta kill 40 elves (you get some crappy blue ring here).
After this you go to thestra where you get a quest that has you complete 6 sub quests, each that require you to kill 20-30 mobs each (drops). From this you get:
Then you go to RTK to do 2x 17 kill quests. Reward is:
Then to sands of sorrow to do a 52 kill quest, then to skrillin to do 3x 30 kill quests, then to thestra for 63 more.
After this there are 3 more kill quests that are basically spread out in a triangle around thestra (huge pain to get to all 3). You have to kill 32 wargs in RTK and 40 in oceans watch. Rewards are:
The mobs at this point are a mix of 3-4 dots. As a word of advice, I sincerely think everyone that is below about 35 stop doing this quest, it is way to long and tedious and will take you a ridiculous amount of time. But if you so wish, go for it, at this rate it will probably take you 1-2 weeks to complete.
Finished the quest, and its bugged. heres some random screenshots of the stuff along the way. The ritual itself to summon it is broken, although I know a unicorn was summoned so I guess that one isn't bugged atm. Guess I'll have to wait for the server restart.
EDIT: Server reset and I got my mount this morning. As you all have probably heard already, the speed is currently 60 with 30 stabillity, however it is being upped to 70 speed and 50 stability with the next patch, so it is worth all the work!

I will be following this thread and hope you are able to complete it soon so we will have a full picture. Im level 24 and just got the faction to start the quest but after hearing how long it is and now reading this im going to just forget it. at level 46 it has taken me 11 hours(mostly solo) to get to the trengal keep part(alas there are barely any worgs and they are spread out). I have heard that it is 50 speed 30 stability and takes 10gold to buy the saddle. If any of this is true then GG sigil for the WORST QUEST EVER.kudos to Halycon who got it in 14.5 hours

/rant onI don't understand why people are whining about it being hard to get, if you want the mount at least you have to work a bit to get it - otherwise we wouldn't be seeing any other mounts.

its not hard. its easy. its a grind, that may be misconstrued as "hard". Why do all this grind, which is not fun, for a mount thats worse than T2 and you have to pay 10g for.Darklin
over on sillkyvenom.com there is a post of a guy who got the unicorn so I would assume that the shadow hound is the same in stats, just a evil version. you will be looking at 60 speed and 30 mount speed at least a day of str8 questing and yes 10 gold to buy the saddle.http://www.silkyvenom.com/forums/sho...=19213&page=24
