Swamp Armor is a series of quests, one for each class and for each faction. There are three factions: Flordiel, Ichtakhta and Gorgalok. Those three factions fight each other, therefore they are all opposed.
Each quest has pre-requisites: faction of at least 2001 with one of the three cities and being at least level 45.
Atonement Quests
There are three distinct atonement quests, one for each faction, with three different quest givers :
- Flordiel: Esurin in Flordiel
- Gorgalok: Emissary Geisel in Vsurog Moor
- Ichtakhta: Karoz of the Ichtakhta in Ichtakhta
These quests' objective is to acquire the Ankh of the Fungus King droped by King Mnal in Swamps of Rumug.
Crafting
It is possible to gain faction with one of the three cities by doing work orders for the craftmen in Elani, the outpost in Ruin Falls.
Killing mobs
The last mean to gain faction is to kill mobs of opposite factions in the following chunks:
- Vsurog Moor
- Flordiel
- Ichtakhta
- Swamps of Rumug
Each class has one or more armor sets, the quests reward is a rare version (first tier), which can be upgraded to an heroic version by combining it with a crafted component.
