It seems a heck of a lot of topics are people searching for mobs they can kill and harvest so I thought it'd be worth consolidating the answers into one thread here. So, I spent some time searching the forums here and looking around ingame for the harvestable mobs that could be of help to people.
Skinning's a bit different since the only way to level it is off of harvestable mobs, and there's so many more of them adding them to the list would make it gigantic and less helpful, so (for now at least) I'm not planning on putting them on.
Note that I'm only naming the common resource - you can get any rare harvest (to my knowledge) of the tier that the common harvests listed are. Also, any info that's currently unknown has a "?" there as a placeholder. If you've got the answer to that, just let me know and I'll edit it in ASAP.
