Continue down this path for 2-3 minutes you will come to a house like building on the right at this point you will need to make a U turn and continue down toward the beach parallel (but the opposite direction) to the path you were coming down.
Once you get to Sea level a bit more ahead is a dock and the trainer on it. On the map there's kinda a little hook on the shore. This is where the old beta Thestran humans used to start.

I'm a level 26 Artificer, I picked up the quests at level 24 (it's when I found the Trainer), though I hear it's a level 21 just like housing quests. At 24 I had about a 70/30 A/destroyed success rate with the difficulty of the Item.Koma
We have finished two Thestran sloops on Tharridon now,
There is a nice bug where we are unable to rename the boats, so every time we summon one the other disappears.
