Quest Steps

Step 1 - Collect Decaying Hearts

The souls "drop" from the Patrolling Watchmen around Arlinora's Retreat. They are 2 dot and non-aggro making this an easy solo quest. A single lap around the outside of Arlinora's should provide more than enough guards to complete the quest.

Step 2 - Return to Inzia via Ashby

Return to Ashby and have him teleport you to Eranir to complete the quest
