Sadantel Seniaqo says, "To rise in ranks within the Lucent Circle, you must prove that you have the tranquil spirit and the strength of a hero of the light. High Justice Silko Guikosha can instruct you on ways that you can test and prove your strength. And High Justice Shabaqen Haashqo can instruct you on ways that you may still your spirit and sharpen your thoughts. They reside in the two tents next to me. And be sure to wear your Lucent badge so that they know you're a member of the Lucent Circle."

There are two sub-quests to complete this quest: You must be wearing the Lucent Badge in order to obtain this quest, and its sub-quests. You do not need to right-click on your Lucent Badge to incorporate the two flakes received from the sub-quests in order to complete the quest. However, you should do so. Right-clicking on the Lucent Badge will incorporate the two flakes and turn your bagde into a Lucent Trinket which opens up additional quests from Kembe Lan.
