You are going to need 3 refined Tier 2 items for this quest. (Artificer - slate stone blocks). If you don't have 3 refined items, make them first. Then head to the finishing table. The recipe is called Ulvari Jewel Improvisation Recipe and you will find it in the special section of your Finishing recipe book. Step 2 will have 3 jewel formulas (A, B, C). Make a B Grade of each. Return to Kedara.
