(make sure Lulu gave you a helper npc) follow tracker within ahgram, will find suza on the roof, unmount to nearby climb ladder, do dialog with suza (only option is attack), get info from clicky, find suza again at the huge elemental, do dialog again and kill. receive finger and notes, read note to get recipe, r-click finger to get flesh for recipe, uses 1 copper ore or ingot, make and return to elemental, dialog and use artifact. return to Lulu
