Travel to Ahgram. Caution: It's not advised to carry fish around with you while you explore Ahgram. If you do, be wary of the smelly cat... From the riftstone, follow the path that traces the right side of the city. Enter the guarded entrance gate and then take the first right. Go up the ramp to a large open area with a large rectanglular pool bordered by trees. Go to the other side of the courtyard and enter the palace. Caution: I don't recommend chatting with Duvin Tazowne the Dark Elf, 6 Dot, Non-Aggro NPC in the Sultan's entrance way. You will find the sultan on an upper floor. After talking to the Sultan, find Lulu Hikat, the Sultan's Engineer at the top of one of the stairs going down.
