Slay the leader of the Ksaravi brewmasters in the Ksaravi Gulch. Then return to Curate Sabha, or communicate with him via the Coronarian Censer.

Using the Coronarian Censer seems to spawn a Feverbane Defender (level 17 4 dot) no matter where you are in the chunk or the quest line. This is probably a bug. Curate Sabha says, "Our scouts have brought me reports that around the small poison brewing pit there is one Ksaravi who seems to be in charge of the others. I believe he must be the leader of the Ksaravi brewmasters, and is probably responsible from manipulating the guardian manifestation of the Feverbane." "I've marked the location of the leader of the brewmasters on your map, travel to his location and do what must be done." The brewmaster's name is Elenub Master Brewmaster (level 17 3 dot). He is located just above the small pit from the previous quest at 21699, 68226, 4623. Curate Sabha says, "Has the leader of the Ksaravi brewmasters met his end?" (continues) Curate Sabha says, "Now the path should be clear for you to cleanse the smaller pool, although it may be header now that the Feverbane has had longer to brew"
