Take a work order from Cort Owens in Tursh. After the item is constructed, return to Cort. Then go see Daren Klendol. - Finish a work order.

Daren says, "You need to do a work order. Work orders are the primary means by which a crafter can advance, learn, and make a little bit of money. Most basic taskmasters are divided into refining and finishing." "Go see Cort Owens inside, and request work from him." [Find the character labeled Finishing Taskmaster. Right click on them and take the work order available. After you complete the job, right click on the character again and select Current Work Orders and then Complete.]
