Charbrook Keep has always had the same guards and warders, but recently, they have all come under the control of the princess. Charlotte took control through treacherous means - most likely not all by her own doing. Though the guards may just be following orders, they must be freed from their life of sin. Go to the keep in the northeast and slay 15 Charbrook guards, then return to me.
