Complete 3 tasks for Craeyn. Civic Diplomacy Tutorial: Information (Raki) Civic Diplomacy Tutorial: Presence and Prestige (Raki) Civic Diplomacy Tutorial: Consequences of Failure (Raki) Walkthrough Civic Diplomacy Parleys are repeatable. Generally, an NPC will offer several Civic Diplomacy Parley options. You can do some or all of the Parleys. Take long enough for the refresh, and you can repeat them with the same NPC. If you fail a Civic Diplomacy Parley, you will not be able to parley with that same NPC for a few minutes, and may eventually lose faction or prestige. When you hail an NPC, select the 'Civic Diplomacy' option at the top of the dialogue page to see a list of possible parleys. If there is no option, you cannot engage that NPC in Civic Diplomacy Parleys. This quest assumes you have completed your Racial Diplomacy Tutorial Quests and received your Laced Shirt or some equivalent gear with +1 Soldier and/or Crafter faction. Quest Offering "Civic Diplomacy is the game of city manipulation." "In Civic Diplomacy, you will influence the populations of outposts, towns, and cities to achieve Civic Objectives. Once achieved, these Civic Objectives will benefit everyone in the town in one way or another." "In addition to achieving Civic Objectives, your Presence and Prestige will grow, and you will accumulate Information that can be traded to Information Brokers for personal rewards." "If you wish to learn about Civic Diplomacy, I will teach you." Speak with your trainer regarding the following objectives and return to the trainer to complete the first part of your Civic Diplomacy tutorial. Quest Completion You have completed the first part of the Civic Diplomacy Tutorial. As you can see, Civic Diplomacy is quite a different experience than Diplomacy Questlines. Civic Diplomacy is a medium that enables your efforts to not only benefit yourself, but the other players around you. In the following Tutorials you will learn about Civic Stations and how they pair with Presence, what part a person's race and Station has on their Strategy; in order to help you pre-plan your own Strategies, and all about Civic Objectives and the importance of cooperation with other diplomats.

Civic Diplomacy is the game of city manipulation. In Civic Diplomacy, you will influence the populations of outposts, towns, and cities to achieve Civic Objectives. Once achieved, these Civic Objectives will benefit everyone in the town in one way or another.
