Speak with Zarglax and learn how to create Mistral Shards.
Description
Rochius says, "Interesting. The codex appears to describe two rituals. One of which appeases Zaakirnis, the other enrages him. I think we can safely assume which the cyclops are performing..." "We must begin performing the other ritual if we're going to stop these attacks. However, there is one thing I don't understand. The codex mentions something called Mistral Shards, but I have no idea how they are acquired. Perhaps Zarglax will know. I think the time has come for you to speak with our visitor."
Notes
The Shrine of the Zephyr is located at 49010, 44110, 17600 on the Abandoned Plateau. You have to kill creatures in the local area to find the lost Codex.
