"We have a few merchants who have been late in their payment of this month's 'taxes'," says Jaluna with an annoyed frown. "I want you to prove your mettle by going to those merchants and collecting their taxes from them. Remind them that these are their protection fees, and if they do not pay them, we promise them no protection."
