Take the Wooden Pail given to you by Hamadrya and fill it with water at Titan's Step. Then, return to the Tree of Life and throw the Pail of Water upon the Tree of Life. This will drive Emenir out, allowing you to kill her. Once this is done, return to Hamadrya.

Description
"Emenir has infused herself with the Tree of Life and is corrupting it further as we speak. The only way to drive her out is to utilize water from the lake that feeds the Tree of Life - the lake known as Titan's Step." "Take this Wooden Pail and travel south of here to Titan's Step and fill it up with water. Then, return to the base of the Tree of Life and throw the Pail of Water upon it. This should drive out Emenir, which will give you your chance to kill her." "Do this, and you will be forgiven."

Use the Wooden Pail of Water at the Corrupted Roots location provided. This spawns Emernir Reynn the Possessed (http://thetelonproject.wikidot.com/mobs:emernir-reynn-the-possessed) .
