Opens at roughly 8,000 faction with the Celestial Ward. Faction is raised by the Wardship of the Sleeping Moon and Recondite Threshold quests, by kills around the area (1-4 a kill, about 20 for a named), and by handing runes to the ritualist NPC in the corner outside a house north of the broker (a Delso rune gave 100). Evil races were said to be capped at 11,900 faction.
