Ranguv explained that there are some local goats which provide much needed goat hair for the Automnglow Outpost. Take the knife that he provided and collect hair from several of the goats. Ranguv provided the location of the goats; return to him after.

Description
Ranguv exclaims, "Hello there, stranger! It just so happens that I was going to ask the next person that walked by to lend me a helping hand." "Near here there are some goats that need to be clipped; I will mark their location on your map if you choose to help. Not only can our artisans use the hair for needed items, but the clipping will help the goats keep cool during the warm days." "Take this knife and get to work! Six goats-worth of hair should suffice; return to me with six bundles of hair!"
TIP: The quest giver says that the goats are close, but this is not true, there is a little traveling to do. your find the goats south west of jalen's Crossing (-18, 5) (same chunk the quest giver is) Just travel to the way point and search around the cliffs your find a heard of goats. just interact with them the get an update. you need 6 of them. be careful as once you interact with them they spawn into a non agro mob.
