Use the locations Gelthu's Vengeance gave to find the entrance to Karrus Hakrel, and go forth underground to find the Herald of Vaisa. This entity will give further instruction.
Description
Gelthu's Vengeance says, "My whole spirit may soon reappear where it was shattered by High Lord Obsiderru, deep in Karrus Hakrel. In my fight with the High Lord, I managed to bind him in his throne room, where he remains." "However, those bonds are weakening, and they will break soon. You must make your way to the cavern depths, and speak with the Herald of Vaisa. This being appears as a floating skull, and you must convince it to tell you what you must do to free Obsiderru so he may be slain entirely."
