Step 1 - Get Quest
Get this quest from Slayer Talakor at Slayer's Haven.
Step 2 - Turn in Quest
Go into Hilsbury Manor, turn left immediately upon entering the door. At the end of that hall should be the dining room. Check the spoiler if you want to know exactly where Darrius Elkentrophe is. The quest says he's in a room only accessable from the dining room.
Quest Notes
There's not much to this quest. It's basically there to give you a clue as to where to pick up the Hilsbury Manor quests, which can only be gotten from Darrius Elkentrophe inside the Manor.
