Infuriate Keyvan

Get the Torpor Draught from Getzin the Gnome, infuriate Keyvan Minoo, and get to Sa'id before the mob gets there. Make sure Sa'id is ready for a fight. Keyvan's and Sa'id's locations are marked on your map. You have 30 minutes to complete this quest. - Keyvan! Put up your Dukes! - Getzin, a Torpor Draught? - Sa'id, to Arms!

Maggan explains, "Getzin the Gnome should have just the draught you're needing." You ask, "Getzin? The flower vendor?" Maggan eyes you. "Did you really think he was just selling flowers there?" You say, "No, I know he was doing more than that, but not... draughts too." Maggan nods, smiling. "I'll alert the guard to go to the Gilded Wyvern camp." You think to yourself, "I'll go get the draught, and then incite Keyvan and Sa'id to duel."
