1) Speak to Shield Dagobert at Halgar's Shield in Halgarad. 2) Explore the Den of Shadows to the east, by walking inside. 3) Return to Shield Dagobert in Halgarad for your reward.

Notes

Shield Dagobert is located northeast of Halgarad. (40160, -22325, 50625). There's a path that leads from the crossroads to the northeast. The Den of Shadows is down the path that leads east then north. It is guarded with several Gnolls Level 5 (Humanoid, Gnoll, 2 Dot, Aggro). You just need to go into the entrance past 6 or so baddies until the quest advances.
