Quest Offering Perthia seems to be confuse as to why you are speaking with her. "Why hello, aren't you a bold one. You say you're willing to do a favor for me, though? I guess I can give a chance to someone who is willing to do my bidding." She smiles widely. "I am having a party tonight at the Lunestran Dance Hall. It is going to be simply fabulous. Everyone will be there; only, they don't know it yet. That's why I need you. Invite the noble heads of all the royal Houses. That is, except Anna Godfrey." Duchess Irinia Heartsworn You say, "Duchess Heartsworn, an invitation for you..." "An invitation?" Irinia asks. "To what?" "To a party hosted by Perthia Hilthorn tonight" you say. "Perthia?" asks Irinia, sitting up straighter. "A party? My goodness..." You nod and say, "Apparently she thinks well of you." "I had not hoped to call us friends," says Irinia with a bright smile. "Though Duchess Hilthorn has been very kind to me." "Oh really?" you ask. "That doesn't sound like her." Irinia chuckles and says, "Oh, I know Perthia's reputation, but she really has taken me under her wing." "She took me to tailors to fit me with some proper clothes," says Duchess Heartsworn, "and has introduced me to all kinds of important people." "House Heartsworn..." says Irinia, eyes downcast, "is not known for mixing well with other Houses." She looks up suddenly, determination in her eyes. "But I mean to change that," she says. "I do not want us to be the laughing stock of New Targonor any longer." "Well, all of the other noble Houses are being invited," you say, "so I am sure it will be a good chance for you to meet others." Irinia smiles and nods. "I must remember to thank Perthia for the invitation," she says. "Now, what to wear..." Sean Caberton You say, "Duke Caberton, good day to you." "G'day to you," says Caberton. "What do you be needing, then?" "I am here to extend to you an invitation to a party," you say. "A party?" asks Caberton. "What kind of party?" "Perthia Hilthorn's party," you say. "Perthia Hilthorn?" asks Caberton. "I don't know." "Why won't you attend?" you ask. Duke Caberton shrugs and says, "The last one wasn't so good. Not enough to drink." "Not enough to drink," you repeat skeptically. "Aye, and that they had to drink, well, it was more style than substance," says Caberton. "Kind of like the Hilthorns." "What if I could promise that there will be decent drink," you say. Caberton studies you and asks, "Whiskey?" You nod to him and say, "Certainly." "Then I say, when and where?" says Caberton with a grin. Darsan Vermach or Rona Vermach You nod and say, "Good day to you, Darsan Vermach." As soon as you begin speaking with one sibling, the other turns their attention to you as well. "Hello!" they intone. "Why didn't you ask the Regent, though?" asks Rona. Darsan adds, "Most people don't come straight to us for anything." "While Rache might know how best to run a noble house, I think you two know best how you can have fun," you say. "Oh now isn't that true," says Rona. "We are being invited to one of her parties." You nod and say, "All of the House leaders." "Except Anna Godfrey," you add. Duchess Remniol chuckles and says, "Those two! One would think they would be the best of friends, but no... Such courteous mockery." "Why do you think that is?" you ask. "The Hilthorns and the Godfreys just have a habit of wearing the same dress to the same party too often," says Duchess Remniol. "Literally and figuratively." "They are a fine pair, each just as rich and powerful as the other," says Duchess Larinia Remniol, "but that is exactly the problem." You nod and ask, "They cannot stand the competition?" You nod and say, "I am sure the Duchess will be pleased." Quest Completion Raven Lunestran quirks and eyebrow and says, "So, the guests are all on their way? Very good." Raven Lunestran says, "Start the music! Bring out the hors'deurves!(sic)!" He glances at you. "I have to much to do to be bothered with you right now, but here, Duchess Perthia left this for you."
