High Justice Silko Guikosha can instruct you on the test of Hero's Strength and High Justice Shabaqen Haashqo can instruct you on the test of Tranquil Thought. They reside in the two tents next to me. And be sure to wear your Lucent Medallion so that they know you're a Templar."
