Step 1 - Get Quest

From Da'lar's position, head east and slightly north. Koi's camp looks exactly like Da'lar's. Pick up the quest from Koi.

Step 2 - Kill 10 Jin'Ka Vinebeasts

Kill

or

[20]Jin'Ka Petrifier

to get the beaks. You can take one of the 3 dots solo, but the 4 dots will only be viable in a group.

Step 3 - Turn In Quest

Speak with Koi, and turn in the quest.
