"I won't make any progress here without guards to fight the rats, because I spend my time organizing and documenting the goings-on at this outpost. So, I'm having to spend my salary on adventurers... like you." "Start by killing the Ksaravi guards and food gatherers to the south. They've been so bold as to raid our caravans within sight of town."

The Ksaravi have been getting bolder and bolder recently. They haven't been foolish enough to attack khal itself - yet - but their caravan raiding parties have started venturing almost within sight of the Khal marketplace.

Kooskin Vahdaat is located just outside the tower of the Bayside Outpost. The Raiders patrol the area around the Ksaravi Hollow with a Ksaravi Messenger in tow.
