On offering it
The Gorgalok are a ritualistic society, and depend on religious signs interpreted by the leaders of their people. Without those leaders, the Gorgalok would crumble, unable to function without direction. Those leaders carry thaumaturge charms, which they believe protects their earthly spirits. If you can recover one of these, we will know that another Gorgalok leader has fallen, and the Gorgalok are a step closer to defeat.
