Collect sandbeak food baskets from the Sandbeak Refuge. Bring them to Azita Ebbad at the Swiftfoot Shanty. The Sandbeak Refuge is in an enclosed valley east of the Swiftfoot Shanty.

"Please, recover the sandbeak food baskets from the refuge, and bring them to me. The birds will just have to forage on their own until the plague passes."
