Slay Harami at Villa Ghelgad until you find a key. Use the key at the house where the Khal prisoners are being held captive to release the prisoners. Return to Kurake Wamani at the Ghelgad Outpost when the prisoners are free.

Kurake says, "The Harami have been stealing prisoners out of the jails of Khal. Strangely, they are not letting the criminals run free, nor are they allowing them to join the Harami." "We don't know why, but they've locked the prisoners up here at Villa Ghelgad." "Could you infiltrate Villa Ghelgad and release those prisoners? You'll need to find a key to the house where they're being imprisoned, and then go let them out of it." "Return to me when the imprisoned prisoners have been freed."

Notes

The camp is northwest of Qa Riverbank. The key can be found on Bameen Shariati. You will find the prisoners inside the farthest sandstone house on right of Bameem's spawn point. Find key off body. Find house holding the prisoners.
