You will find various humans and undead carrying these relics, whether they earned them in battle or looted them from fallen soldiers. Bring me a Relic of Courage, and I'll show you the power it holds.

Any mob in Cairnworth has a chance to drop the Relic of Courage. The reward is the Beacon of Courage. Be sure to return to the Hall of the Old Guard to summon GHOST OF TEMPLAR LARRIN KHAEL

Quest Steps
Step 1 - Get Quest
Get this quest from the Ghost of Sir Mikhal at the entrance to Cairnworth Hall.
Step 2 - Get Relic of Courage
Any mob in Cairnworth Hall has a small chance to drop this relic.
Step 3 - Turn in Quest
Once you get a Relic of Courage (and this applies for all three relic types), return to the Ghost of Sir Mikhal and turn it in. He will give you a Beacon of Courage and some xp.
Step 4 - Use the Beacon to Summon a Mob
Go down to the Hall of the Old Guard. To get there from the dungeon entrance:
- Go to the first room
- Turn left
- You will end up in the Hall of the Old Guard
Clear the room. Right click the pearl to summon a lv 21, 5 dot to kill. Depending on spawn points, make sure you are fighting where you don't expect any adds. It would probably be a good idea to get a few beacons before doing this part of the quest, depending on their drop rate.
Each beacon has a different mob summon list. The Beacon of Honor randomly summons one of the following two mobs:

Each of the relic spawned mobs drops one piece of Uncommon or Rare loot.
Quest Notes
