Quest Steps
Step 1 - Get Quest
Rift to Skrilien Point. Right next to the riftway, pick up this quest from Neneler Jabifa.
Step 2 - Get 10 Dracosnap Shells
Head out N-NE from Upside Defense Garrison (UDG). You will see a beach peninsula. On the east beach of that peninsula, you will find the Dracosnap turtles. They are there on the beach, in the water, all the way to the island across the way. Might as well kill your way over to that island, as the next part has you killing the lizard men there.
These turtles are lv 18 2 dots. Real easy. Get your ten shells, and exit the water on the other side where the lizard men are.
Step 3 - Get 15 Skrilien Hides
You should see the skrilien camp there, which surrounds Imanjal Sacellum. Kill the lizards to get the hides. They're also lv 18 2 dots, so it should again be pretty easy. The one thing to watch out for is there is a lot of pathing in this camp, and if you are really not paying attention you can get 3 or even 4 mobs on a pull.
Step 4 - Turn In Quest
Go back to Neneler Jabifa, and turn in the quest.
