Travel to Ulla's Tower and speak with Ulla Longwish, the location should be marked on your map when you talk to Farmer John he will give the following dialogue: John gurgles. "Huurza…" He coughs. "… You… help… John… die?" Cough. "Take hair of John to… Long," Cough, "wish…" Hack. "… Ulla… Longwish… help John." "UuurrrrgggGGHhhhhh…braaaaaAAAAAIIIiiiinnnnssss!" You receive Lock of Farmer John's Hair.
