Description
Zarglax says, "Ahhh, it wants to know of Mistral Shards? Perhaps Zarglax can help this one. It is very much hard for explanation. Better to show." "Zarglax has one such shard... you will take it with your codex and return to shrine above. There two-eye will get its explanation."
Notes
When you attempt to place the Dull Mistral shard in the cauldron at the Shrine of the Zephyr the Spirit of Aoem (http://thetelonproject.wikidot.com/npc:spirit-of-aoem) will interrupt you and go through the following Dialogue: Note - I Suggest that you screen-shot the dialogue. If you miss the quest prompts, the quest will "stall" mid spawn sequence and you'll need a GM to reset it.
