So, you're the outsider everyone has been talking about? It's not often that we receive welcome guests. We, unfortunately, have a need for rules within this small town; rules that are mandated by Jarand Drake. These rules are in place for a good reason. A reason that I cannot speak of, however. We have mined nearly every node of copper within these boundaries, so I would ask you to gather some on our behalf. I will tell Jarand of your assistance, of course.
