Travel to the Plum River Hopper area and gather a good amount of Plum River Hopper Meat by killing the Plum River Hoppers there. Once you have gathered enough return to Orchau Livom in Veskal's Exchange.

You can find the plum hoppers to the SW of Veskal's Exchange, near the Y in the river. You will want to pull the Hoppers to the shoreline, the Plum River has one of the strongest currents in the game.
