Level 40 · Adventuring · Shoreline Ruins

Take the Stormwynd Torch to the mirror room at the top of the Stormwynd Beacon and relight the beacon. Then return to Talia Falien.

Objectives

Light Stormwynd Beacon

Description

1) Speak to Talia Falien in the Shoreline Ruins. Talia will give you a torch. 2) Use the torch to light the beacon at the Stormwynd Lighthouse. This is an island to the north. You must fight your way up the lighthouse, past many undead and then right click on the beacon to light it. 3) Return to Talia Falien.

Talia Falien says, "Every couple of years the magical lantern at the top of the Stormwynd Beacon has to be re-lit. It has been the duty of the people of this village to re-light the lantern for generations. With the undead at the Beacon and Stormwynd Keep, plus the soldiers at Charbrook Keep, we have been unable to re-light the beacon. Take this torch to the mirror room at the top of the beacon and re-light it."

On finishing it

Talia Falien says, "I saw the flash from the beacon when it was lit." Talia Falien says, "It's good to know the beacon is lit again. Not many boats sail past anymore, but the shore here can be treacherous without the beacon to navigate by."
