Granted at level 20. Kalendra's Coven is in the north-east corner of Qalia. The guide advises a solid group of level 20 or above, with the tank at 21+, and notes an editor's alternative: it can also be done with one or two invisibility carvings of the appropriate level.
Getting in. Look for a hole in the ground at the southern end of the area — not the large cave to the west. The hole is south-south-east of the pool of purification. Drop down it.
Part 1. Kill the mob standing at the bottom and watch for invisible ones. At the first, circular room take the right-hand path. The first open area is the jail; go through it to the stairs. Down the stairs is a four-way intersection — continue straight into the large room and Master Vallexx is at the far end. Invisible mobs line the walls here as they do throughout. Speak to him and he sets you to rescue a prisoner.
Part 2. Turn back to the four-way intersection and take the right-hand turn; the prisoners are visible from there, and the room is empty unless you missed the patrol that wanders through. Hail any prisoner, then return to Master Vallexx.
Do not leave when he feigns death. He will drop in front of you, and the quest is not over: wait for him to get up, speak to him again, and he grants Rest of the Dead I.

The guide calls him Master Vallexx; this archive's copy of the quest recorded Master Vallerex. No creature by either name is held here, so there is nothing to settle it against. The guide is also inconsistent with itself about the dungeon, writing Kelendra's Coven and Kalendra's Coven within three sentences — the archive holds Kalendra's Coven.
