Travel to the Beacon of Souls northeast of the Dark Horse Track. Use the soul gem to trap the essence of five Restive Mariners. Once you have done this, return to Printlar Til at Dark Horse Track to turn in the trapped souls and get paid.

"You may have heard of a place northeast of the Track that some call the Beacon of Souls. There is a lot of idiotic superstition about this place, but the fact of the matter is that it attracts ghosts. I don't know how, nor do I really care." "But what I do care about is money.
