On offering it
Those crazy fanatics in the temple ruins west of here have an obsession with magic. I do not care for the flashy fireworks, and prefer a fine blade of steel any day. However, that�s not to say there is no use for the sparks. I want you to collect the magical essences from their riftwardens. It's quite simple to do. Slaughter them, and then use this ring to drain the leftover essence. About ten essences should be enough. Bring it back to me when you're through.

Quest Steps
Step 1 - Get Quest
Pick up the quest from Azara Shahab at The Beacon of Azara.
When you pick up this quest, Azara will give you:

Step 2 - Gather 10 Magical Essences
While you're killing the Covenant human mobs on your way into Dailuk (for a couple of other quests), some human kills will generate a non-aggro human spirit. Select this spirit, and right click Azara's Ring to extract an essence.
If you're with more than one person, as long as each person starts the extraction before the spirit is extracted by the first person to click the ring, all who are extracting will get an essence.
Step 3 - Turn In Quest
Go back to The Beacon of Azara, and turn in the quest to Azara Shahab.
