After you collect the Keystone Base and Keystone insert from Keeper Morthas and Keeper Garn'Rik, turn them in to receive the key to GENERAL IRINAS ULABEN 's lair. The quest will be added to your journal as soon as you approach Architect Zinge with both key parts.
