Travel to the Lizardman Raider campfire to the south on the riverbank. Use the pill Namog gave you to put on your disguise, get behind the lizardman leader, and sprinkle the Pheromone Mist on his back. Return to Namog Nanaba after all is done.

On offering it
There is a lizardman raider camp just south of the little village that they have there on the riverbank. Go there and swallow this pill before they spot you. Sneak up behind the leader and sprinkle the pheromones on him. You must do it from behind; otherwise, you will likely be spotted and anger them. The disguise will not last long, so you must do this with haste. Apply the pheromones on the leader, then stand back and watch the fun!
