On offering it
one of our spies recently witnessed an unsettling event at the furthest portal. Ten Kojuko Augurs, acting together, fit the shards they carry together into some ort of orb, which they activated to summon some sort of enormous leader. They consulted for a time and then the huge monster departed. You must find a way to recreate this ritual and summon their leader, and then slay him, for the good of us all. Beware, however! Once summoned, he may not remain in our plane for long.

Notes
If you are in a group, only one person should collect the shards as each mob only drops one. After you have 10 of the, you have to right click them in your inventory. Then, you need to right click the Orb of Calling. this immediately spawns the quest objective which is a 3 dot.
