Quest Steps

Step 1 - Get Quest

Go to the entrance to Imanjal Tower Tower. Hug the outside wall, and go to your left around the wall. Just as you make the first turn right, you'll see Mnalgan Dogramswan. Pick up the quest.

Step 2 - Get a Living Rune of Flame

Go up the stairs to the first floor of the tower. Any mob there has a chance to drop:

1 xQuest ItemInventory[Clvl 1][Ilvl 1]Living Rune of Flame

Each member of the party will need one.

The drop rate is pretty high, so you shouldn't need to kill many for everyone in the party to get one.

Step 3 - Jump from the broken balcony

Go up to the second floor. (If you want to know what you must do in order not to be punted from the tower after the mob there dies, check the quest spoiler page above) Jump from the broken balcony. You will be teleported to the third and final floor (called Upper Imanjal Tower).

Step 4 - Kill Scaleburner Archpriest

When you get to the third floor, you will be standing on the ledge. You will either see:

[25]Scaleburner Archpriest

(see the spoiler page for his abilities)

or one of his placeholders:

[24]Scaleburner Confessor

or

[23]Whirling Firestorm

The spawn timer for the Archpriest is 60 minutes exactly. I timed it. Best thing to do if you get a placeholder is to kill it and then go somewhere else for an hour. Come back on flying mounts, and kill whatever popped.

Step 5 - Turn In Quest

Go back to Mnalgan Dogramswan, and turn in the quest.
